Terms of service
The agreement for using Baciio
Plain terms, written to be read. By creating an account or using https://baciio.com you agree to them. Effective October 14, 2026.
1. What Baciio is
Baciio lets you plan, approve and publish content to social networks from one place, and shows you how that content performed. We publish only what you schedule, to the accounts you connect, at the time you choose.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract. If you use Baciio for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account until you tell us it has been compromised.
- Give us accurate contact details so we can reach you about failed posts, billing and security.
3. Connecting social networks
When you connect an account you authorise Baciio to act on your behalf on that network through its official API, within the permissions you grant on its consent screen. You must have the right to manage every account you connect. Each network’s own terms also apply, including the Meta Platform Terms for Facebook, Instagram and Threads, the YouTube Terms of Service, and the equivalent for other networks. We may pause publishing to an account if the network tells us the connection is invalid or the content breaks its rules.
4. Your content
- You own what you write and upload. You give us only the licence we need to store it, show it to your team, and send it to the networks you chose.
- You are responsible for your content: that you have the rights to it, that it is lawful, and that it follows each network’s rules.
- We do not review content before it is published. We may remove content or suspend an account if we receive a valid legal notice or find a clear breach of these terms.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Baciio to:
- send spam, run engagement schemes, or post the same content to many accounts in a way a network prohibits;
- publish content that is illegal, infringes someone’s rights, or harasses people;
- connect accounts you do not control, or share login credentials for a network with us outside its official login flow;
- probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or resell it without a written agreement.
6. Plans, billing and cancellation
- The free plan stays free. Paid plans are priced per connected account and billed monthly or yearly in advance, in US dollars, before tax.
- What a plan includes on the day you subscribe stays on that plan for as long as you keep it.
- Cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. We send a reminder 7 days before a yearly renewal.
- If a payment fails we retry for 14 days, then move the workspace to the free plan. Nothing is deleted.
- Prices can change with 30 days’ email notice; the change applies from your next renewal.
7. Third-party fees
Some networks charge for API use. Where we pass such a cost on, for example X, it is shown as a separate line on the pricing page and on your invoice before you enable it.
8. Availability and support
We aim for the service to be available at all times but cannot promise it. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. Support is by email at support@baciio.com, and we reply within one business day on paid plans.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms. You can delete your data as described on the data deletion page.
10. Ending the agreement
- You can delete your account at any time. Your data is removed as described in the privacy policy.
- We can suspend or end your account if you break these terms, if a network requires it, or if we stop offering the service. In the last case we give at least 60 days’ notice and a way to export your data.
11. Warranties and liability
Baciio is provided as is. We do not promise that every post will publish, that the networks will keep their APIs stable, or that the service is free of errors. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue or audience. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For changes that reduce your rights we email account owners at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Baciio is registered, and disputes go to the courts there, unless the law where you live gives you the right to a local court.
