Every scheduler has the same features. Ours is built around the two things that make people leave theirs.

Nothing fails quietly

Every post shows its status per network on the calendar. When one is rejected, you get the network, the reason and the fix, and the rest of the post still goes out. Accounts about to disconnect warn you a week ahead.

Billing that behaves

A reminder before every renewal, a cancel button inside the app, refunds within 14 days of a charge, and no feature ever moved to a higher plan after you bought it.

Support by a person

Email and in-app chat answered by the people who build the product, within one business day on every plan including Free.

Everything the day-to-day needs.

One draft, tailored per network
Write once, then fork the copy, media, mentions and link for any network. The preview shows exactly what each will look like, and tells you before you schedule if a video is too short or an image the wrong shape.
A calendar you can drag
Week and month views with every brand on one grid. Move a post to another day by dragging it. Filter by network, status or label when the grid gets busy.
A queue that fills itself
Set the posting slots you want for each account. Add posts to the queue and they take the next free slot. Recurring and recycled posts keep the slots full.
First comment and threads
Schedule the hashtag comment on Instagram, the link reply on LinkedIn, or a full thread on Threads and Bluesky, all from the same composer.
Approvals without a login
Send a review link to a client. They see the preview, leave a comment or approve, and nothing goes out until they do. Reviewers are never charged.
Media library with labels
Upload once, reuse anywhere. Label and folder your assets, filter by used or unused, pick the cover frame per video, and add alt text per image.
Analytics that export
Reach, engagement and clicks per post and per account, with a scheduled PDF or CSV every week. Included on Business, no add-on.
AI rewrite without a meter
Shorten, expand, change tone or adapt one caption for each network. No credit cap on text on any paid plan.

Pay per connected account. Less than anyone else charges.

Two Facebook pages and one Instagram count as three accounts. Every tenth account is free. People who only review and approve never cost anything.

Cancel in the app
One click in Settings, effective at the end of the period. Annual renewals get an email 7 days before.

Your bill, next to theirs.

Move the slider to the number of accounts you manage. Prices are each vendor's published monthly list price for the closest plan, October 2026.

8
140

For 8 accounts on Business, you pay $34 a month. That is $25 less than Publer every month, $300 a year.

  1. Baciio Business$34
  2. Publer Business$59
  3. Buffer Team$80
  4. SocialBee Bootstrap$58
  5. Later Growth$37.50
  6. Hootsuite Professional$99

Bundle vendors are charged in whole bundles, which is how they bill. Hootsuite shown on its entry plan, which has no approvals. Publer prices come from third-party trackers because Publer renders its prices client-side. Figures exclude tax and X add-ons.

Questions people ask before switching.

What counts as a connected account?

Each profile, page or channel you publish to. Two Facebook pages and one Instagram account are three accounts. A person who logs in to review or approve is a member, and reviewers are free on Business.

Which networks can I post to?

Facebook pages and groups, Instagram business and creator accounts, LinkedIn profiles and pages, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, Google Business Profile and Telegram. X works on paid plans as an add-on.

What happens when a post fails?

You see it. The post shows a red status on the calendar, you get an email and an in-app alert naming the network and the reason, and the other networks on that post still go out. Fixable problems retry automatically.

Do you move features to a higher plan later?

No. What a plan includes on the day you subscribe stays on that plan for as long as you keep it. If we add something new to a higher tier, nothing you already have moves up.

How does cancelling work?

Settings, then Billing, then Cancel. It takes effect at the end of the period you paid for, your data stays readable for 90 days, and you can export everything first. Annual plans get a reminder email 7 days before renewal.

Why is X extra?

X charges for its publishing API per request. We pass that through at cost rather than raising everyone's price, and the free plan leaves X out for the same reason.
